Trek Thursday Evening Shop ride and commute home from work. We did the Hilliard loop again tonight. • 50 mile workout
Quick morning ride to work with a little up drafting two cars. It will be fun to see my top speed once I get home & down load today's info. • 10 mile commute
Night commute home a slightly different way than normal • 17 mile commute

X: 23-28mph+ All-out, competitive style riding.
A: 19-23mph Fast pace with limited regrouping.
B: 16-19mph Less competitive. Brisk recreational ride.
C: 13-16mph Recreational. Consistent, but social pace.
D: 10-13mph Social pace. May include meal stop or sightseeing.
