Trek Thursday Evening Shop Ride - Turned over 5000 miles for the year! We did a Plain City - Hilliard loop tonight. • 53 mile workout
Normal commute to work on a sunny morning. • 10 mile commute

X: 23-28mph+ All-out, competitive style riding.
A: 19-23mph Fast pace with limited regrouping.
B: 16-19mph Less competitive. Brisk recreational ride.
C: 13-16mph Recreational. Consistent, but social pace.
D: 10-13mph Social pace. May include meal stop or sightseeing.
