Errand to sign paperwork, back to the shop. Trek Thursday Evening Shop Ride out to Hilliard and back with rain, plus commute home tonight. • 55 mile workout
Commute to work on a nice cool morning. • 10 mile commute

X: 23-28mph+ All-out, competitive style riding.
A: 19-23mph Fast pace with limited regrouping.
B: 16-19mph Less competitive. Brisk recreational ride.
C: 13-16mph Recreational. Consistent, but social pace.
D: 10-13mph Social pace. May include meal stop or sightseeing.
